1. Returns

CUSTOM TINTED PAINTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. We cannot accept returns for any reason on any paint product that has been tinted. Please purchase an 8oz SAMPLE SIZE of any custom tinted color first to make sure that you are satisfied with both the color and the quality of the product before making a larger custom paint purchase.

READY MADE COLORS IN GALLONS AND FIVE GALLONS ARE RETURNABLE FOR 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PICK UP OR DELIVERY. They MUST be in NEW, SEALED, CONDITION. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet our return standards. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be processed at our Opa Locka location and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

8oz SAMPLE SIZES OF ANY TYPE OR COLOR ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

COLOR FAN DECKS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND FOR 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF PICKUP OR DELIVERY. They must be in LIKE NEW condition without marking, damage, folded or missing pages, etc. We reserve the right to deny fan deck returns which do not meet our return standards. Returns must be processed at our Opa Locka location and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

COLOR FAN DECKS MAY BE RETURNED FOR A FULL REFUND FOR UP TO 90 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF PICKUP OR DELIVERY IF CUSTOMER MAKES A PAINT PURCHASE OF $50 (FIFTY DOLLARS) OR MORE WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF FAN DECK PICKUP OR DELIVERY. FAN DECK must be in LIKE NEW condition without marking, damage, folded or missing pages, etc. FAN DECKS MAY BE RETURNED TO THE TOWER DELIVERY DRIVER IF A PAINT DELIVERY IS MADE TO THE SAME ADDRESS WITHIN THE 90 DAY WINDOW. Otherwise, returns must be processed at our Opa Locka location and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

We will process the refund once your return is approved. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited to the original card.

3. Warranty

Tower Paints guarantees satisfaction when applied to a properly prepared surface in accordance with the instructions on the technical data sheet. If not satisfied, contact Tower Paints to discuss available remedies.

UNLESS TOWER PAINTS AGREES OTHERWISE IN WRITING, TOWER PAINTS MAKES NO WARRANTIES,EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR FREEDOM FROM PATENT INFRINGEMENT. TOWER PAINTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Your only remedy for any defect in this product is the replacement of the defective product, or a refund of its purchase price, at our option.
